Bringing the biggest swiss sport nutrition provider closer to its customer!
We started in February 2011 with implementing an engaging and inviting photo sharing app for body building enthusiasts.
Our Google App Engine hosted framework is capable of serving many concurrent users and a comfortable administration interface makes it a breeze to manage them.
Further functions of the app:
- news scraping and aggregation from the powerfood.ch website
- several guides to inform the user about nutrition and effective training methods
Due the course of 2011 we encountered many challenges due to Apple's strict review process. We followed all their suggestions and understand their concerns to keep the App Store clean, but it's saddening, that their 5 minutes review approach kills hours of our time.
We still don't have working release in the App Store yet, but we're on it and we don't give up.
